Following the successful negotiation and purchase of our leasehold business, we cannot praise the service Des provided to us during our purchase highly enough! He went out of his way to ensure that every process went as smoothly as possible and actively sort to problem solve the few issues that did arise during the purchase of our leasehold business. We found him to be honest in his negotiating skills, professional in attitude, diligent in providing us with regular updates and came to the fore when closing the deal. Des’ manner was always pleasant, his care and diligence, as well as fantastic local knowledge, left us very comfortable with our decision to buy.
