Roland has extensive experience as a business consultant and brokerage specialist having owned, operated and sold numerous small and medium sized enterprises across various industry sectors.
In the mid 80's Roland started his first business within the food distribution industry, which he grew into a multimillion-dollar business. Having built and operated his own business from the ground up, it has given him the aptitude and knowledge in the running and operating of businesses. His business was then acquired by a multinational company.
Highly regarded for his commercial knowledge and business acumen, his expertise has been forged through a hand on approach in helping organisations to maximise their performance, value and profits.
A respected negotiator, and strategic thinker, his ability to create strong and lasting professional relationships with all stakeholders has made him a highly influential consultant and business broker.
In addition to his professional work, Roland has also serves on a number of community boards in an advisory capacity to assist the wider community
