BTS Cafe is a boutique patisserie and coffee shop located on the ground floor of the historic Epworth Building on Pirie Street in the Adelaide CBD. The current owner has operated the business since December 2019, continuing its established presence since 2008.

Specialising in artisan cupcakes and coffee, the cafe sells around 18kg of coffee per week and supports steady dine-in and takeaway trade. It seats 25 patrons indoors and 15 outdoors under an approved dining permit, with trading hours Monday to Friday, 7.00am-4.00pm, aligned to CBD demand.

The fit-out is a Victorian-inspired design suited to the heritage building, with access to shared amenities and a leased car park. Included in the sale is a 2020 Renault Kangoo delivery van in near-new condition, fitted for catering and deliveries and branded for the business.

Revenue is supported by both retail trade and an established catering and event delivery stream. Supply chains, systems, and recipes are documented for a straightforward transition to a new owner.
