About the opportunity:
This is a hands-on role covering all aspects of day-to-day management, including:
• Guest check-in/check-out and front office duties
• Supervising housekeeping and property presentation
• Grounds and building maintenance

• Liaison with the licensee, Body Corporate, unit owners, contractors, and suppliers
• Implementation of operational improvements to reduce costs and enhance guest satisfaction
You will need:
• A current Resident Letting Agent Licence (RLA) or Qld Real Estate Licence

• Strong financial and business acumen
• Clear communication and excellent people skills
