OPERATING MODEL
These sites will operate under a commission agency model:
• Initial investment: $400k – $600k (depending on site size) with a prospective multiplier valuation/return of 2.5 – 4 years
10-year license to operate the site (5 years + option to renew for an additional 5 years)
• Profit-sharing model with potential to increase returns
• Full-time operational commitment required (i.e. 24/7 opening hours)
• Operator will manage the store day to day

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re seeking passionate operators who know what it takes to run a successful convenience store.

You’ll need to demonstrate:
• An established track record of high shop standards whilst managing a petrol station or retail store (5+ years)
• Proven leadership qualities including the ability to be a market leader and motivate a team of console operators
• Commitment to world-class customer service
• Attention to detail, drive for excellence and a strong work ethic
• Experience as an owner-operator or commission agent with financial discipline (highly regarded)
