I have a client looking to buy a business in the Health & Lifestyle, Sports & Recreation industry. My client is seeking:
1. A business up to $500,000, or up to $2,500,000 with included freehold property
2. Partial Equity in an established business to assist with growth and expansion

CRITERIA:
- Preferred location: Greater Sydney, NSW Australia
- Preferred Industries: Lifestyle, Sport and/or Recreation business, Services and Light Manufacturing
- No retail, food or start-up businesses
- Minimum 5+ years trading history and financial accounts must be available and up to date
- Alternatively, recapitalisation of COVID-affected business with a long-standing profitable pre-COVID history
- Open to a staged exit for a mature business owner approaching retirement

- My client has a background in real estate and property development, and is seeking a business for an active investment
- My client can assist with management buyout/continuing management structure
- My client can assist with relocating a business looking for new premises for further growth
