Originally established in Vancouver, Canada over twenty years ago, Nurse Next Door officially launched in Australia in 2019 with the establishment of a corporately owned location in Melbourne by local Co-Founders Amber Biesse (CEO) and Matt Fitton (CCO). This foundational site enabled the brand to gain insights into the local market and refine its operations through hands-on experience.
Every aspect of the brand was thoughtfully adapted to align with Australia's regulatory landscape, cultural nuances, and client expectations. The focus was on creating locally relevant materials, systems, and messaging that would genuinely resonate with Australian families—while staying true to the company's core purpose and values.
