Bubba’s Coffee Stop was established in November 2021. The Van is a customised Spitfire Vintage Van with full list of extra options including customised paint and panelling.

The van has been designed to operate as a permanent fixture. Whilst it has been built for mobility the equipment and set up are not suitable for mobility. It can be transported or towed to a new location but would not be suited for regular mobility without modification.

We are looking to sell as a total unit and not interested in breaking up or separating. The Van has been located permanently at McCredden’s Fishing & Outdoors, Midland Highway Epsom. The business could operate at this site (rent free) on a temporary as this site is to be developed in due course. The van operated successfully at this site and has a strong and loyal following. Coffee sales were approx 20kg per week and growing plus food sales. Bubbas sourced locally made coffee through Custom Coffee in Bendigo. It has ceased operations from Christmas 2025 due to family commitments with other businesses in the region.
