Management of Cudgegong Waters Caravan Park

Mid–Western Regional Council is seeking an experienced operator to manage, operate and maintain Cudgegong Waters Caravan Park under a long-term licence agreement.

Cudgegong Waters Caravan Park is a well-established visitor accommodation, camping and water recreation destination located on the scenic foreshores of Lake Windamere in NSW, located approximately 1km off the Castlereagh Highway, 30km from the leading food and wine region of Mudgee and 20km to the rustic stone Village of Rylstone.
Council’s objective is to secure an enthusiastic, customer-focused Licensee capable of delivering a high-quality tourism and visitor experience while maintaining the Park and associated infrastructure to a high operational, safety and presentation standard.
The successful respondent will be responsible for the day-to-day management and operation of the Park, including accommodation and camping operations, customer service, cleaning, grounds maintenance, routine asset maintenance, compliance management, and promotion of the Park as a regional tourism destination.
