The Commission Dealer Model
Step into a proven retail opportunity with the support of a trusted national brand. As a United Commission Dealer, you'll earn an uncapped daily fuel commission and keep 100% of shop profit, giving you real upside to grow your income. United covers major site costs including outgoings, utilities, EFTPOS fees, and key repairs and maintenance, so you can focus on what matters most; customers, team leadership, and driving sales.
Your investment is protected with flexible exit options; dealers can sell to a third party or return the business to United, with goodwill returned on a pro-rata basis under agreed terms.
With full training, merchandising support, national marketing, and long-term security, this is a lower-risk pathway to owning and operating a successful retail business.
Site Commercial Terms
- Goodwill: $800,000 Fixed – Non-Negotiable + SAV
- Rent: $383,000 per annum Fixed (Non-negotiable) + GST
- Terms: 10 Years Fixed
- Security Deposit: $60,000
- Avg Fuel Volume Per Annum: 10 million Approx
- Commission Rate: 2.2 CPL Inc GST (Uncapped)
- Avg Shop Sales Per Annum: Approx $2.3 Million
- Training Fees: $8000 + GST
- Repairs & Maintenance Fee: $18,000 Annually
- Public Liability Insurance Fee: $1100 Annually

Who We're Looking For:

Ideal candidates will have:
- 3+ years' experience operating a fuel, food, or retail business
- Australian Permanent Residency (essential requirement)
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Proven financial management experience (wages, stock, cash flow control)
- Passion for retail, customer service, and food-to-go operations
