Sydney Hospitality Cafe Group - 6 Venues | $10.6M Revenue | Scalable Platform
A rare opportunity to acquire or invest in one of Sydney's most established multi-site hospitality businesses. This is not simply a cafe group - it is a fully built hospitality platform with the infrastructure, systems and team in place to scale.
Six profitable venues, all in excellent locations, are supported by a Central Kitchen, proprietary management technology and an in-house coffee roasting and wholesale operation. The result is a business that runs with the consistency and control of a franchise, without the constraints of one.
The Numbers
Annual revenue of $10.6M (2025 actual), growing to a projected $11.1M in 2026 and $11.5M in 2027. Net profit of $565,000 in 2025, projected to reach $887,000 in 2026 and $1,090,000 in 2027 - before the financial impact of several identified value creation initiatives already underway.
The Platform
The Central Kitchen has been the operational backbone of the group since 2017. Staffed by an Executive Chef and a daily kitchen team, it handles all food production, distribution, supplier management, recipe development and new menu rollout across every site. New locations inherit a fully developed food program from day one - a key reason the two most recent site openings were profitable in their first year of operation.
The group owns a purpose-built management application covering cash-up, rostering, timesheets, forecasting and operational reporting - developed specifically for this business and owned outright. It also operates as the founding customer of Bibox, a custom QR code ordering platform integrated with Lightspeed POS. 35% of all transactions are generated via QR code - well above industry norms.
The coffee roasting operation has been running since 2010, sourcing green beans from Brazil, Ethiopia and Indonesia. It supplies all six venues and one external wholesale account (100kg per week), generating approximately $50,000 annual profit with minimal overhead.
The Brand
Built around health, nutrition and wellness, the brand launched in 2015 and has been embedded in the local community for over 20 years. It carries a loyal, health-conscious customer base, a strong industry reputation and 125 staff across full-time, part-time and casual roles.
Upside Not Yet in the Numbers
Several initiatives are already in motion whose financial benefits are not reflected in current or projected figures:
Supy integration (live October 2026): food cost reduction from 28% to 25% of net sales, representing approximately $290,000 in additional annual profit
Venue hire and events: five unsolicited enquiries per week currently going unserviced; conservative 2026 revenue estimate of $86,000 rising to $148,000 in 2027
Central Kitchen catering: long-term revenue potential of $490,000 per annum once the channel matures
Coffee wholesale rebuild: 15 external accounts pre-COVID, not rebuilt during recovery - a clear and immediate growth lever
New website, loyalty program and marketing agency all activated in 2026
